Please Note: Every flight mission and production schedule is subject to adjustment based on prevailing meteorological conditions, site-specific considerations, and strict FAA regulatory requirements. Safety, compliance, and operational excellence remain our highest priorities. A $50 retainer is required to reserve your consultation. Retainers are fully transferable to a rescheduled date when weather conditions or FAA restrictions prevent the scheduled engagement. Client-initiated cancellations forfeit the retainer.
Standard consultations are reserved Monday through Friday. Weekend availability is exceptionally limited and offered exclusively by appointment. To request a private Saturday or Sunday consultation, please contact us directly.
